2. Description of Service
Echoez is an AI-powered social media growth analytics platform that provides:

Conversational AI specialists for marketing strategy advice.
•
Multi-dimensional social presence analysis (Growth Score).
•
Personalized content recommendations.
•
A credit-based usage system: every account starts with free credits, and you can buy more through in-app credit packs.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Echoez.
4. Credits and Payments
Echoez uses a credit-based system. Every account receives a one-time grant of free credits on sign-up, and actions consume credits (for example, running a Growth Score analysis or sending a chat message). When you run low, you can buy additional credits through in-app credit packs.

One-time purchases: Credit packs are one-time, consumable in-app purchases — not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
•
Processing: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Echoez never receives your payment-card details.
•
Refunds: Because purchases are made through the app stores, refunds are governed by Apple’s and Google’s refund policies and by applicable law.
5. AI-Generated Content
Echoez uses AI models to generate recommendations and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

Should not be considered professional business advice.
•
May contain inaccuracies or outdated information.
•
Is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI recommendations at your own discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI system (prompt injection, jailbreaking).
•
Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
•
Share your account credentials with others.
•
Reverse engineer or scrape the service.
•
Exceed rate limits or abuse the credit system.
7. Intellectual Property
Echoez and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us. AI-generated recommendations provided to you may be used freely for your personal or business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Echoez is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities based on AI recommendations.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of Echoez after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
